At Compstacks Technologies, we strive to deliver your orders swiftly and reliably. Due to the nature of our hyperlocal delivery model, certain orders may be non-cancellable once placed. However, we recognize that exceptional circumstances may arise. Please review our cancellation terms below:

Non-Cancellable Orders

Orders placed under the Express Delivery (MINUTES) option are typically non-cancellable and non-refundable via self-service, owing to rapid dispatch and fulfillment timelines.

Cancellation via Customer Support

You may request cancellation or refund through our Customer Experience (CX) team under the following conditions:

  • The order was not delivered within the estimated delivery window shown at checkout.
  • The order has not yet been picked up by the assigned delivery partner.
  • The seller has declined or canceled the order due to reasons not attributable to the customer.
  • Doorstep cancellation is requested before dispatch and approved by our CX team.
  • Any other valid reason as may be updated by Compstacks Technologies from time to time.

Platform-Initiated Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel orders, in full or in part, under the following circumstances:

  • Product unavailability or inventory mismatch.
  • Operational disruptions due to force majeure or unforeseen logistical constraints.
  • Detection of fraudulent activity or violation of our Terms of Use.
  • Inability to fulfill the order due to technical or compliance-related issues.

In such cases, you will not be charged for the canceled portion of the order. If payment has already been processed, a full refund will be initiated and credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Refund status can be tracked via the Order Details section on your account dashboard.
