1. Accepted Payment Methods

We offer multiple secure payment options to ensure a smooth and reliable shopping experience:

• Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express
• Internet Banking: Supported by major Indian banks
• UPI & Digital Wallets: Including PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, and others
• Cash on Delivery (C-o-D): Available for select products and locations
• EMI Options: Available on eligible purchases via select credit cards

All transactions are processed through trusted payment gateways using industry-standard encryption to ensure your data remains confidential.

2. Pricing Transparency

• All product prices listed on our website are final and inclusive of applicable taxes.
• There are no hidden charges such as Octroi or additional sales tax.
• Delivery charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout and may vary based on location and order value.

3. Cash on Delivery (C-o-D)

If you prefer not to pay online, you may opt for C-o-D:

• Pay in cash at the time of delivery
• Maximum order value for C-o-D: ₹50,000
• Only Indian Rupees accepted
• Gift cards, store credit, or foreign currency are not valid for C-o-D orders

We accept both domestic and select international cards:

• Requires card number, expiry date, CVV, and 3D Secure password

Debit Cards:

• Visa, MasterCard, Maestro
• Requires card number, expiry date (optional for Maestro), CVV, and bank-issued online password

All card payments are routed through secure gateways with 256-bit encryption and 3D Secure authentication.

5. Internet Banking

You can pay directly from your bank account using Internet Banking. We support payments from most major Indian banks including:

• SBI, HDFC, ICICI, Axis, Kotak, PNB, Bank of Baroda, and more
• Transactions are encrypted and processed securely

6. EMI Payment Plans

Eligible purchases can be converted into easy monthly installments:

• Tenure options: 3, 6, 9, 12, 18*, or 24* months
• Supported banks: HDFC, ICICI, Axis, Kotak, IndusInd, SBI, Citi, Standard Chartered, HSBC
• No processing fee charged by Compstacks
• EMI eligibility and interest rates are determined by the issuing bank
• On cancellations, interest already charged may not be refunded

*18 & 24-month tenures available only for select banks and minimum order values.

7. Security & Fraud Prevention

We prioritize your safety:

• All transactions are encrypted using 256-bit SSL technology
