Compstacks Technologies – Return Policy

Overview

Returns are a scheme provided by respective sellers directly under this policy, offering the option of exchange, replacement, and/or refund. Please note:

  • Not all products under a category share the same return policy.
  • The product page return/replacement policy shall prevail over this general policy.
  • Refer to the respective item's return policy for exceptions and specific conditions.

This policy is divided into three parts. Kindly read all sections carefully to understand the conditions and cases under which returns will be accepted.

Part 1 – Category, Return Window, and Actions Possible

Note: The return window begins from the date of delivery.

Part 2 – Returns Pick-Up and Processing

If you wish to return item(s) from a different address, the address change is permitted only if pick-up service is available at the new location.

During pick-up, the field executive will inspect the product based on the following criteria:

Inspection Category Required Conditions
Correct Product IMEI / Name / Image / Brand / Serial Number / Article Number / Barcode must match the order. MRP tag must be intact and clearly visible.
Complete Product All in-box accessories (e.g., remote control, starter kits, manuals, chargers, headphones), freebies, and combo items must be included.
Unused Product Product must be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, and free from stains. Quality check seals, return tags, and warranty seals must be untampered. For electronics, screen lock and iCloud lock must be disabled.
Undamaged Product No physical damage allowed. SIM trays, charging ports, headphone jacks, back panels, etc., must be intact and free from scratches, dents, tears, or holes.
Undamaged Packaging Original product packaging/box must be undamaged and in good condition.

If any of the above conditions are not met, the field executive will refuse to accept the return.

Part 3 – General Rules for a Successful Return

  • Returns must be initiated within the return window specified for the category.
  • Products must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and accessories.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days post successful pick-up and quality check.
  • In case of exchange, the replacement will be dispatched once the returned item passes inspection.
  • Items marked as "Non-returnable" on the product page are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
  • For hyperlocal deliveries, refund requests must be raised within 2 hours of delivery.
