Note: The return window begins from the date of delivery.
If you wish to return item(s) from a different address, the address change is permitted only if pick-up service is available at the new location.
During pick-up, the field executive will inspect the product based on the following criteria:
Inspection Category | Required Conditions |
---|---|
Correct Product | IMEI / Name / Image / Brand / Serial Number / Article Number / Barcode must match the order. MRP tag must be intact and clearly visible. |
Complete Product | All in-box accessories (e.g., remote control, starter kits, manuals, chargers, headphones), freebies, and combo items must be included. |
Unused Product | Product must be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, and free from stains. Quality check seals, return tags, and warranty seals must be untampered. For electronics, screen lock and iCloud lock must be disabled. |
Undamaged Product | No physical damage allowed. SIM trays, charging ports, headphone jacks, back panels, etc., must be intact and free from scratches, dents, tears, or holes. |
Undamaged Packaging | Original product packaging/box must be undamaged and in good condition. |
If any of the above conditions are not met, the field executive will refuse to accept the return.
